Do you deliver?

Yes we do. We also offer FREE delivery anywhere in Australia when your order is more than $650 inc GST – be they light switches, power points or accessories.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery typically takes between 3-5 working days, including processing time. For more information, please see our Delivery & Shipping FAQ page.

Do I need an electrician to install these switches?

Yes, a licensed electrician for your safety must install all our products.

Do I need any special brackets to install these switches?

Only for the European sized Vetro range. Find out more about our special sized brackets on the mounting accessories page.

Can I return or refund the goods if I don’t like them?

We are dedicated to providing outstanding customer service, so if you aren’t absolutely thrilled with your Luminosa light switch’s, power outlets or other lighting accessory, return them to us within 7 days and we will refund your purchase in full. Refunds will be processed through the same channel you used to pay. You are responsible for return postage costs. If the product is damaged/faulty, or if you received an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us immediately and we will send a replacement free of charge. Refunds are processed within 7 days of the goods reaching us. For your reference we will email a confirmation once your refund has been processed, ensuring you have peace of mind that our guarantee has been upheld.

Do Bella Lujo’s Luminosa range of light switches, power points, fan controllers, dimmers and other accessories meet Australian Safety Standards?

Yes, All our light switches, power points, fan controllers and dimmers have been tested and meet the Australian RCM Safety standards. This ensures your switches adhere to both the Australian electrical standard and AS/NZS 3112 standard, giving you peace of mind and complete confidence to use them in residential homes, or on major construction projects.

What colours can I choose from? And can I customise your products to my specific colours?

We provide a range of stunning chic colours that you can find in our online catalogue via the Orders tab. We also can customise any of our products for your specific project – you can find out more on our Products tab. We require a minimum order of 1,000 switches to customise a colour; hence this is best suited to large construction projects such as apartments, high rises and hotels etc. Please contact us for more information.
